    I understand, thank you. could you suggest me some SMTP plugin that I can use?
    or another GD discussion forum, where offer a solution to problems with SMTP?

    Hello again, I alredy install the plugins you said but nothing, the problem is not resolved.

    About the plugin Email Log, I check and says that the mail was sent (I’m testing with a hotmail), but I check the inbox and nothing, the mail doesn’t appears.
    the BCC mail Copy to the administrator is arrive, but this is a gmail.

    Regarding the plugin CC Admin Emails, not working at all.

    I do not understand what might be happening? I need to fix that 🙁

    oh ok, excuse my ignorance, I’m pretty new at this. I thought that uploading the files (via FTP) I will lose those settings (because I was re-writing the AddOns files). Thanks for the info, now I can update addons 🙂 excellent plugin
