    Hello,

Thanks to the documentation & support forums I have been able to learn a lot about the plugin. It is the first time I have worked with a directory plug-in so I am running into a couple issues with proper set-up.

    1. For some reason the main Location page (which I have changed the permalink to ‘directory) is not allowing the categories to be clickable. The list of visible categories is also not looking to great, but I think that’s because there are too many shown, which I know can be changed through the Design > Map tab.

    Example: http://missionhillsbid.com/directory/

    2. On the specific Place pages, I am seeing in the breadcrumbs a completely separate post from this website (non-related to GeoDirectory).

    Example: http://missionhillsbid.com/places/united-states/california/san-diego/food-beverage/meshuggah-shack/

I can’t figure out if this is a setting I need to correct, or if it’s something to do with the theme on this website.

Any advice, would be much appreciated!

Your theme is not compatible out of the box, it needs some tweaking (or you can use another theme.
    http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/how-to-build-your-own-theme-compatibility-plugin/

The reason you cannot click the categories is the map area extends to above your category list,so it is overlaying all your category links [look at the icon and link that opens the map in a full window (top left, just above “CATEGORIES”)]
If you move your category widget below the map, it will fix itself, but that is not the only problem you have.

Decide what you intend to do about your theme, and if you still have troubles, come back and post your WP admin details in a private message. Then we can have a better look.
