2nd use of "region" in V2 has broken my site

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    My site http://www.campsite.directory worked really well under V1 and I upgraded to V2, seemed OK but now, if you select the “Region” drop down on the menu or search for a region, I get incorrect results.

    I think this is because my custom post types of “Centres” had a set of address fields in V1 and I added a new field of “Region” to identify where in the Country each site belonged.

    Since upgrading to V2, it appears that “Region” has been added into the address fields rather than the title “County” or “State” and I guess that has now broken my searches as there are now two region fields.

    Please advise best way to resolve this.
