I’m new to GD, can’t figure out how to make the listings appear in a grid, 3-4 columns. I’ve changed the settings on the listing page but 1 column still appears. Also wanted to remove sidebars and make the listing grin full width.

The home page is not a Listings page.
On the home page you need to add a Popular Post widget, which can be set to any grid in the widget settings.
Sidebars are controlled at GD > Design

Thank you for the quick reply. I read those links prior to creating this ticket.

On which home page? the GD home page? Or do I create a new page in wordpress and place the widget there?

That is your choice. You can use a WP page with shortcodes or the GD Home page, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home

Thank you. I don’t want to use GD as my home page. I’m simply trying to add a business directory on a separate page using a 3-4 column grid. I’ll try to figure it out.

I’ve gotten it laid out but I want the map to be full width and the listings are too large. What am I doing wrong.

I have it fixed, thank you. How do I add a place where a user can create their own listing? Is it possible to add an address to the listing page? In Yellow

Show in what locations?
Listings page: Adds the custom field to the listing display on the listings page (category page) and the search pages, and the Popular Post widgets.
