4 levels of different areas. country->state->county->city

    I would like 4 levels of different areas.

    In the USA the common region matrix is country->state->county->city.

    I only see country, state, and city.

    I believe there is a way to modify the language file to change neighborhood to city, and city to county To include the 4 levels of areas.

    Could I get an estimate for someone with experience modifying this to do it correctly?
