Hi! Just got the GD plugin installed, and I have been adding listings for each of the projects I’ve done with my construction company. The map works, but when going to click on a “Popular Category” or a specific listing, I get taken to a 404 page error. Please help! Thanks.

Please try to set you permalinks to postname.

If that doesn’t help, please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will investigate further.

    Thanks

You do that as explained here:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames
    I fixed it for you.

I also corrected your GD permalinks as
    per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home

    Your directory starts at https://bigfatox.com/fatoxconstruction/location/

    Thanks

Hey, I just went on my GD portion of the website, and now my map icons aren’t showing up for each address entered in previously. Whats going on?

    Hi,

there was an illegal character in the title of this listing: 1304 43rd Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601

    I corrected it.

    Thanks

What was the illegal character in the listing? I am not the one doing the listings so I need to let them know what not to do next time.

Between NC and 28601 there was no space, but there was an illegal character that looked like a space. Probably some faulty formatting copied and pasted from a doc or excel file.

    Thanks
