404 error after initial search

it shouldn’t be adding the /location/ portion to your URL.

If you remove it it works: http://www.helpforelderly.org/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&sgd_placecategory%5B0%5D&sgd_placecategory%5B1%5D&s=%20&snear&set_location_type=3&set_location_val=49&sgeo_lat&sgeo_lon

Did you customize the search form widget?

There is only one CPT but the search widget has a list of categories to search, so that must be a modification somewhere.
I changed GD permalinks to include country and region as well, because you allow listings in different countries.
I don’t think it is fixed though, I did not investigate the widget customization.

I’ve flagged this for the developers.
