404 error on preview post if Author or Editor

Hi there,
So here’s problem one i’m having . On my website, if someone is a user who is classified as an Author or an Editor, (not if they’re listed as an Administrator), when they make a new event and save it as a draft, they cannot view it or preview it – it comes out as a 404 error. I’ve tried resetting the permalinks, and it still happens.

Any idea?
