404 error page using "my location"

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When using my location, we get this url: http://www.innereinstein.com/locationme, which is a 404 error direct.
    We’ve disabled GDBooster, deleted all things WP supercache, cleared the cache and it still comes to that error page.
    All GD plugins are up to date, and obsolete ones deleted.

    figured this out — and for anyone else who has similar challenge, the fix is easy. We didn’t have our permalinks set to “Post name”. Did that and the problem went away.
