503 Server unavailable

    Hi there, I have created some test multi-reviews and when I try and submit a review I get a 503 Server Unavailable message…

    Do I need to enable something to get these reviews to post?

    Hello,

    you can check your WordPress discussion settings, make sure comments are enabled there and on the listings where you comment.

    If you are able to see the reviews form that is probably not the problem, though.

    503 is usually a resource error. you can also check your host error log.

    We can take a look, too, if you will post your WP Admin in a private reply we can check your settings. Please provide a link to a test listing where we can see the issue.

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for your reply. I’m able to replicate it on your Website. Could you perform the troubleshooting steps by deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue you had there? I suspect your server has hit the resources limit as mentioned here https://www.lifewire.com/503-service-unavailable-explained-2622940
