I’ve just installed Geo-directory with all the addons and files etc. but I have an error stating “__MACOSX Stylesheet is missing.” does anyone know where this can be downloaded from?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks!

February 17, 2018 at 3:55 am #417993Yeah, unfortunately all of the standard pages etc. have now disappeared again. I was hopeful when it seemed like it fixed itself but it’s now back to the way it was again minus the __MACOSX style sheet issue.
I’ve run the check pages program again and it still reports all pages as existing and formatted correctly.

the user doesn’t have admin; please check and let us know.
February 17, 2018 at 11:13 am #418021You can try the GD Page fix to check if your permalinks are set and restore them:

I don’t know enough about this to know what that means for the future though, or what caused the issue in the first place or how to stop it from randomly happening again.
February 19, 2018 at 2:48 am #418166Hi Angus,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this isn’t a known issue and is probably a server related issue. Anyway, you may contact us again if this happens again. Do you need further help?
Thanks!
February 19, 2018 at 3:23 am #418171Ok cool, so if it’s a server related issue how do I go about fixing it?
The plan is to build this up and migrate it onto our main website once it’s fully set up. We get around 15,000 unique visitors a day, so having the possibility of the entire site breaking randomly isn’t really a solution.
February 19, 2018 at 7:16 am #418186Hello,
If the tool says the pages exist, it means that “a” page exists with the appropriate name.
The plugin will not delete pages, so, you can rest assured that if you create the pages, and then set them in GD > Permalinks, the plugin will not be deleting or reassigning those pages.
Diagnosis of server issues starts with the logs. If you discover anomalous behavior and can put a time window on it your server admin or host may be able to find record of it in the logs.
