a few bugs in the category list

    Hi

    i have spotted a few bugs that i need to sort out asap.

    on the all listings page the 1st category painting and decorating shows 11 listings, if i click on it, it takes me to 1 listing. this happens across the painting and decorating category no matter what page i click on it from.

    there are some categories on the all listings page which are not displaying the icons correctly.

    also the category list is in no particular order. alphabetically etc.. how can i change this so it makes sense?

    also if i click on a category in the list on the all listings page, when it takes me to that page the new BEST OF widget displays incorrectly. if you take a look at the website you will see what i mean.

    Hi,

    The 1st error is due to the fact that there is a listing and a category with the exact same name and that should NEVER be the case.

    Some icons not showing is a known bug and solution was provided here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/split-icons-not-shown-on-maps-or-popular-categories/

    The list is ordered by number of listings in each cat:

    Painting And Decorating (11)
    Domestic Cleaning icon Domestic Cleaning (7)
    Roofers icon Roofers (7)
    Plasterers icon Plasterers (6)
    Electricians icon Electricians (6)
    Window Cleaning icon Window Cleaning (6)
    Roofing Specialists icon Roofing Specialists (6)

    etc…

    Last is definitely a bug and it has been reported to Develoopers.

    did you change just the name of category and title of the post or also the slugs?

    It’s the slug what really counts.
