A few questions

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi there,

    First of all, I would replace where it says ‘places’ with the term ‘local foodies’ as my directory is a directory of local food producers and suppliers.

    Secondly, where it asks for a ‘city’ I would like that to say ‘city or town’ or city/town.

    Thirdly, where it ‘zip/post code’ I would like it to just say ‘postcode’

    Please could you tell me if this is possible and how I would go about doing it.

    Hello Rich:

    1- you can change the text going in the Geodirectory Settings, then in Custom Post Types and then edit gd_place and its label

    2-3 you can edit the strings following the documentation here

    2-3 depends where you want to change it.
    If you want to change it on the Add Listing form, you go to GD > Place Settings > and change the labels in the address custom field.
