About URL slug

Hello!
We will post on translation software.
I could not find other topics because I do not understand English.
I am trying to create a site that introduces Japan, but the URL will be displayed as it is in Japanese, so the URL will be long. Is there any way to enter or replace slug at will?
Also, I want to make the last post id except URL and Country, Regions. Is there any way to fix it?
The plug-in also uses Custom Post Types.
