Activating location manager add on crashes my site

This is the error message I receive when I activate the location manager add on :
500 – Internal Server Error
This is a temporary server error.
Please try to reload the webpage later.
If you are the webmaster of this site please log in to Cpanel and check the Error Logs. You will find the exact reason for this error there.Common reasons for this error are:
Incorrect file/directory permissions: Above 755.
In order files to be processed by the webserver, their permissions have to be equal or below 755. You can update file permissions with a FTP client or through cPanel’s File Manager.Incorrect Apache directives inside .htaccess file.
Make sure you have not specified unsupported directives inside the local .htaccess file. Such include PHP settings and Apache module settings.May 27, 2019 at 5:20 pm #489298Hi kate kumar,
Thanks for your post. Kindly make sure that you’re installing the correct version of the addon as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#version . If the issue still persists, share your Website WP admin access and FTP access to your server in private reply and we’ll troubleshoot this for you.

I’m trying to create an FTP account to investigate this further.

Admin credentials are not working, please check.
I have checked files for GeoDirectory plugins and found that some plugins contains files from both v1 & v2 versions.
Those plugins are:
geodir_advance_search_filters
geodir_event_manager
geodir_location_manager
geodir_payment_managerPlease download recent v2 plugins listed above and REPLACE each plugin under /plugins/ directory.
Let us know.
