Activating Stripe Payment Add-on Causes site to crash

    I need the Stripe payment add-on to accept payments. But, when I activate this plugin I immediately go to an error page – “This page isn’t working roofingconnectioninc.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

    I have the payment manager installed, and I have installed/activated the requested invoice manager plugin.

    Can’t use this component if I can’t add the Stripe payment gateway.

    Suggestions?

    Hi Derek,

    An Error 500 is usually a server related issue. Could you please share WP admin and FTP access so that our developers can check further?

    Hi Derek,

    With Pricing Manager v2 it now requires the Invoicing gateways n(not the old GD gateways), you can find them in your account area: https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/

    So far, so good. At least it installed without error. Guess you need to change out your download list and remove the old gateways?

    Thanks for spotting this, i had disabled them but they are still showing for old purchases, it must be a bug with EDD, i will take a look tomorrow!
