ad approval process question

    After a person adds a new listing-> draft->to await Admin approval to Publish.

    A notification goes out: BCC Admin.

    Is there some place that categorizes ad listings & “holds” ad listings that are awaiting approval? something like this :

    New | Ads Awaiting Approval | Images Awaiting Approval | Posts Awaiting Approval| Featured | Flagged | Incomplete | Unverified | Completed, 7 Day Renewal Period | Expired |Search Ads:__________

    Also, what documentation do you have for the whole process?

    Hi,

    no there is not. There are backend list of listings and the option to filter them by status.

    Hi,

    please see image attached. You just need to click the draft link to see all listings that are in draft.

    On the same list, if you click on the expiry link in the expiry column, it will order the listings by expiry date.

    ugh. so we have to constantly check go through each CPT category, and check drafts all day?

    …. wouldn’t it be cooler to put all drafts in 1 bucket?

    A notification is sent for each new submission and you already have an easy way to go check all drafts for each CPT.

    If you wish to see something added to GeoDirectory, please avoid doing it this way on the forum, because we’ll never add something asked by a single member.

    If you wish to make a “Feature request”, please read the instruction on how to do it here in the right sidebar.

    We only consider requests that are voted by a large number of members.
