Add a custom admin / social bar above the header

    Hi, i want to add another horizontal section just above the header. I dont want to edit the header.php itself, just wondering if geo modern theme has hooks i can use?

    IN GDF options, go to Header settings and look for WP admin bar and GD Admin bar. Is that what you are looking for?

    Hi,

    you need to edit header.php in your child theme for that. There are no hooks for that.

    Anyway, i’m using geodir_gdf-modern theme. Should i create a child theme for this theme? or Is the modern theme already a child theme?

    The GDF modern theme is indeed already a child theme.
