Add advanced search to custom page

    Hi,

    I want to add the search form with the basic and customized search button to a custom word press page i created.

    Basically i created a normal page called “Write A Review” and i want to add the search form in it so when the visitor click on the page he can search all the places and then add the review to the one he wants.
