Add Category Checkbox/Filters to Map on Index/Search Results Pages

    When I insert a map via shortcode, like here, I can add category checkboxes so users can filter the view, like this:

    Is it possible to add that same filtration to the main auto-generated index pages and search results pages like this?

    Category filters are not available for GD Loop.

    You can add the category selector to the main search bar as a drop down or you can add it to the advanced search options as other field types, this achieves the what you want i think?
