Add Event Listing issue with paid listing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I configure to have Free and Paid event listing.

    When adding event listing, if using free listing, there is no issue. If select paid listing, the form will automatically switch to Places listing, all event related sections are gone.

    Please advise
