Add icons to CPT

Hello,

I’ve found some very cool icons to use with CPTs on the map, and I’d like to be able to use the icon somewhere on the detail page.

For example, I have a Trails CPT. Many of the trails are multi-use for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Trying to include all those icons on the map will clutter the map.

Two questions:

1. I could use a general trail icon for the map. Can I add the specific icons for the subcategories (hiking, biking, horseback) to appear in the sidebar above or below the Category and sub-category listing?

2. Is it possible to set it up so that if someone searches for Biking under Trails, the biking icons displays on the map (but not the hiking or horseback icons), and if they search for Horseback Riding under Trails, the horseback icons displays on the map (but not the biking or hiking icon?)
