add listing login redirect error

Hi guys, I have 2 issues here: ( http://www.directoriomediconacional.com )

1: If user is logged out and clicks a link to add listing they should be redirected to a login page but instead go to Epic 404 -Article Not Found.

2: Under the listing for “Medicos” the widget for popular categories has some strange random blank spaces between categories. I tried editing a few categories an saving them in hopes this would fix the issue but that had no effect.
