Add listing page unavailable

    When you try to add a listing, you get an Error 404 page. I checked the back-end and the page is there and published.

    The page loads for me and I don’t see any errors on load.

    It is hard for us to fix something we can’t see 🙁

    If you find a way to recreate the issue please let us know!

    Could it have something to do with the user role edits you have made?

    Did you try saving permalinks?

    Do the blog and other pages work if you disable GeoDirectory?

    If not, then the problem is either caused by another plugin, the theme or the server and in those cases, we can’t provide support.

    I flagged your request for a developer, but I doubt this is caused by our plugin… It looks like a server problem.

    We’ll let you know what we find. Providing FTP credentials would speed up the process.

    Consider adding more complexity to your listing URLs. There is a chance you are getting duplicates and the site is having trouble correcting them. Try adding the location.
