Add new franchise not showing up

Hello,
I have installed and activated franchise manager add-on, enabled it in price and payment and done all of the configuration suggested on plugin docs. I have enabled it on bank CPT to add different branches. I have created a new bank. As franchises can only be added from frontend according to docs, I looked for solution on forum. I found following solution:

Because unless you created it as a BRANCH listing from the frontend, the listing has no way of knowing it is a BRANCH listing. You need to create the BRANCH listing as follows:

1. Create a listing, make sure to choose for it to be a franchise
2. That means that listing will be a MAIN listing
3. Then, in FRONTEND only, go to that MAIN listing and click “add a franchise”
4. In the “select franchise” list, select “Add a NEW franchise”

I can see “All franchise” link on sidebar.
However, I can’t find “Add a franchise” button anywhere in frontend as suggested in point number 3 above.
