Add new listing does not progress to credit card

Hi,
We have been running this for 2+ years, it has suddenly stopped progressing to the credit card page; It won’t advance after clicking on the ‘Confirm Preview & Go to Checkout’ button.
Steps to reproduce:
1. http://studentflat.co.nz > login
2. Add new house listing
3. Advance to payFrom there it redirects to a non-related, existing listing.
I just purchased a subscription to assist this support request.
It would be great to receive a detailed solution that I can action for my customer.We also have no problem providing the keys to the admin.

I just took a look and all the plugins are out of date.
We only provide support for current releases.
I can appreciate that you don’t take releases lightly. Perhaps a next step would be a staging site and testing out current releases there.
Once you get the plugins up to date we can take another look.

It seems someone has changed the settings for invoicing. There should be ‘wpi-checkout’ set as a checkout page and there was add listing set as checkout which was incorrect. I have modified the setting and works fine for me. Please check from your side and let me know if it resolves your issue or not.

I’ve just recommenced on this client, they also advise billing is also misconfigured so not sure how that happens.
Will confirm all is good after I reconcile their configuration.

The invoicing settings were reset, was set to nonsense.
I reset this September 13 and it’s been going well, until last week;
It reverted all invoicing settings again!
Q. Do you know why it does this and do you have any tips to prevent this from happening in the future for us ?

This is strange and no one else has reported such things before and we also can’t regenerate it on our test sites. So it may be due to changes made by someone or restoring the old backups on your site. If possible clone your site on another server and see if the issue is there as well or not.
