Add new listing from front end goes to home page instead of check out

Hi I am still having this problem where adding a new listing from the front end is not working. After clicking confirm preview it jumps to home page and the listing is not added.

PHP sessions seem to be enabled – please see phpinfo details below.

Any ideas please?
