Hi, there. We purchased the 1 year membership at $199 which includes all of the add-ons. I was unaware of this and, on October 19, 2017, I purchased 2 add-ons as you will see below. After I purchased them, I realized that they were already included with the yearly membership so I asked for a refund. I was refunded but appears the licenses were canceled or something. The licenses for these are showing as not being valid/refunded. We need this corrected. Please advise. Below is the email I received for the purchase of the two additional add-ons which for some reason, the invoice is not showing in my account.
