add ons not updating?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    hi there, I’m not sure if Ive got the right forum for this. but I’m having trouble with updates. My core updates fine, but the add-ons do not. they just give me an error as shown,

    Could someone help me?

    Hi,

    did you add and activate the license keys in GD >> Auto Updates / Licensing?

    If yes, please provide a link and admin credentials and we will verify what’s wrong.

    Hi,

    I checked the licences and they are activated for a staging website only.

    Not for the production website you just provided a link for.

    You will need to deactivate and reactivate the license keys to activate them for the production website too.
