Add-Ons Updates Failing

    I tried to update geodirectory today and the core and payments manager updated okay, but there are 5 other add-ons that failed to update after several attempts.

    Hi Mid1000,

    Thanks for sharing the credentials. I’ve just checked the backend and I noticed that you’re using a wrong/expired license key from your account and this could be the reason why the updates are not working. Could you please check on it?

    Hi,

    the problem is that instead of renewing your old membership, you purchased a new one. All license keys are new and must be changed.

    I did it for you and updated the add-ons.

    Next time, if possible remember to renew your old license, there is an option in the check out page.
