Add text on top of a page

Hello i wonder the following:

Can i add some text or image above a page from your plugin.
For example i want some text between the menu and the map on this this page

So lets say…. the page “GD Home page” (as it is named during installation) i do can add some text but that is showing under the map, and i want it on top of the page. Is that possible?

I’ve search this forum and i saw you writing that this should be possible in a update of your plugin, but that was back in may.
