Adding emailadres to "invoice"

Hi Guys,

Because in our Country we have the obligation to make Invoices (incl VAT) for our paying end-users, we’re building a kind of Macro-powered Excel-solution based on this mini-invoice:

This works quite well, except for one thing: The lack of an e-mailadres.

This means that for every real invoice we want to send we have to manually copypaste the mailadres. This leads to errors, unnecessary delays and irritation… If this mini-invoice would also have the mailadres of the end-user we could make this process faster and more reliable.

What would you recommend to solve this? is this easily customizable for us to do ourselves?

See a first example of our invoice. We will send them as pdf by mail…
