Adding new date to custom repeating event resets the start and end hours

    Please see attached screenshot. If we add a new date to a repeating event, the start and end hours of the previous dates all go back to zero and we have to re-do them. Is this a bug? It’s tedious for us to have to re-do the hours of previous dates when we only need to add a new date.
