Hello!
Automatic updates for licensed plugins are possible with WP Easy Updates:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/
Please install that and get your GD core and Addons up to date.

Have you changed admin & CPanel credentials? Both credentials are no longer working for me.
Thanks,

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”.
Is this the problem? How do we solve it?
Graham.
December 5, 2017 at 11:06 pm #408451Strangely with the Geo Location Manager deactivated my original problem has been solved, that is I can now add new photos to garden listings at the backend! So what happens now, as I assume Geo Location Manager is required.
Graham.
December 5, 2017 at 11:39 pm #408455Hello!
You can try deleting the plugin and then reinstalling (reuploading) a fresh copy.
If you need Location Manger, then you need Location Manager 🙂
Let us know if you need us to take a look at something.

Thanks,
Graham.December 6, 2017 at 2:32 am #408467Hi Alex, I did what you suggested and deleted Geo Location Manager and reinstalled from a fresh download. Tried to activate and got this error, the result of which had now broken the site with internal server error again:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_get_normal_country() in /home/gardenar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_functions.php on line 2341
Thanks,
Graham.December 6, 2017 at 10:35 am #408508Hi Graham,
Admin & FTP credentials not working. Please do not admin & FTP credentials until we are done with checking.
how to I change the currency from USD to Sterling?
You can manage currency from Invoicing > Settings > General > Currency Settings.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_get_normal_country() in /home/gardenar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_functions.php on line 2341
Make sure you have recent version of GeoDirectory & Location Manager. Activate GeoDirectory core first and then rest of GeoDirectory plugins.
Let us know.
Thanks,

KiranDecember 6, 2017 at 2:20 pm #408536Hi Kiran, Thanks for all that. I’m having trouble adding additional images to an existing garden listing again. This time the ‘Select Files’ button is not working.
Graham.
