    Dear friends

I bought several modules during the past year, and beginnings of this one for the price of 45 dollars. Addons with no updates and installations limits, but I see that they have changed the policy. And they appear to me as a single installation. I understand that it is a mistake.

    Thanks for your response.

    A greeting.

    Hi,

And they appear to me as a single installation

this is a change that should only affect new licenses. Where are you seeing them as single installation?

    Thanks for letting us know

That I understand Paulo, none of the modules purchased by me should be affected since the policy was unlimited installations and updates.

When I try to activate one of the addons bought in an installation the message is
License not activated, please renew …

Also for some time no addon has been activated.

    Thank you

    Hi Juan,

after double checking, it appears that old licenses where indeed affected. Stiofan is looking into it to correct it and we’ll let you know asap.

Thanks for reporting it and for your patience

You should be able to activate it in more websites now, let us know if you have further problems.

    Thanks

    Hello Paolo

I was able to activate the addon on the site I had planned. But I worry that keeps popping up in my purchase history a limit of activations and a text that say that I not have access to updates appears. I understand that this is not the case, there is no limit either on installations or updates on these modules purchased before the change of your purchase conditions.

Thank you for clarifying my doubts.
