While under user testing, add listing preview worked ok but a bit elastic in time taken but, testing the renew listing function over this week I get 504 time-out from the server after 60secs script runtime – whereas it took a couple of seconds previously. What changed between tests, I renewed my subscription, I updated with new license keys.
Issue the add listing review and renew listing fail at the preview after T&C accept and request sent. Chrome, Safari and IE/Edge all the same on both wifi and LAN.
In conversation with hosting service and watching live they can’t see anything wrong on hardware, aside time-out, and suggest might be corruption or bug in script or my program set-up – chat available.
Please help as I must resolve this issue and may need to change servers.
