Hey guys I’m getting this error consistently “Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS” However the address is still functional. This only happens in the front end.

I’ve quickly tested your front end (all pages) and never saw any error.
Could you please tell us if there are precise steps that would recreate this?
Let us know,
Thanks

January 6, 2017 at 3:54 am #337752Thank you. Hopefully I will not have to input the addresses all over again…
January 6, 2017 at 2:52 pm #338053Hi, this seems like a firefox only bug, i think Google change something recently and it’s causing this. I have fixed it and the changes will be in the next core and location manager. If you need it sooner then please provide FTP info.
Thanks,
Stiofan
January 6, 2017 at 3:28 pm #338064Hi when the changes are made will I have to put in the listing locations again? Also roughly when do you speculate this update will be available?
January 6, 2017 at 10:13 pm #338255Your database will remain unchanged. We hope to release the next batch of updates next week.
Thanks
January 11, 2017 at 5:53 pm #341052Hi,
Please I need your support with the following issues in https://4gradosnorte.com.gt:
1.I’ve been getting the same error (Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULT) since several weeks ago , I thinks is only in the backend, when I opened the Geodirectory dashboard;
2. In the backend also, when you Add or Edit a listing, Fixing the address in the map is not possible since the Map IS NOT WORKING.
Could you check please?
Thank you,
January 11, 2017 at 6:16 pm #341056Hi,
2. In the backend also, when you Add or Edit a listing, Fixing the address in the map is not possible since the Map IS NOT WORKING. SOLVED!
I found a conflict between Snazzy Maps Plugin and Geodirectory. The map works perfectly when Snazzy Maps is deactivated. Please help with #1 above.
Thanks.
January 11, 2017 at 10:31 pm #341186Hi Juan,
do you get this using Firefox or also with other browsers?
If you provide admin credentials in a private reply we will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks
January 12, 2017 at 2:24 am #341251It’s funny, but the map on the backend stopped working again, regardless of Snazzy Maps
