    Hi,

    When I’m trying to set an address, it keeps on giving me an error and when I try to close the error, I have to press close about 5 times. The address is a valid address. I even went into Google Maps and got the coordinates and put them in but still the same problem.

    Can you please advise?

    You need to install the “Location Manager” addon if you wish to include multiple “Cities” or “regions”.https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/

    Im not including multiple cities, I’m just putting in the one address?

    Could you please check if the location you’re trying to insert is within the “default location” you entered in GD > Set Default Location?https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-location/

    Yes it is within the default location.

    Does every place address that I add have to be within in the default location?

    My client is not going to be very happy with that, having to pay almost $200 a year for these updates on top of hosting fees.

    I think if you buy a product you should receive lifetime updates and then you should charge for premium support separately like they do on Themeforest.

    Is there no way I could just receive updates without support?
