admin access to excluded categories

    Hi.

    Is it it possible to let admin/site owner use excluded categories?

    I have two categories that I would like to have full control over, and be the only one who can upload listings to. So I have excluded these so that no one can add listings, but now I can’t add listings either – so I was wondering if there is a way to do this?
