Advance Editor Not Working

    Hi guys, Since the recent update, the advance editor is no longer working. When creating an event the description field is now greyed out (see attached). The classic editor window still works. Is there a fix for this?

    Hi Kenneth,

    Thanks for your post. Kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll troubleshoot this for you. In the meantime, could you try deactivating non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue you had there?

    That looks like a conflict with the maxgalleria addon.

    Do you have a staging site for additional debugging?

    Hi Alex, I disabled the gallery and saw that it is the conflict. They updated it a week or 2 ago. At the moment I will use the standard event editor field & see if there is a change after the next Max Galleria update. We’re looking at going back to the standard gallery. If that works, then we’ll be good to go.
