    Hi GeoD Team!

    I am looking to drive folks to my site interested in specific CPT and category. I would like the user upon arrival to the home page to see the specific CPT and category already completed in the search bar. The user would just have to enter location (I am not using near functionality) and hit search button. Is this possible?

    I am looking for the string. For example, http://www.mysite.com/?stype=gd_place&sgd_category=…but I cannot get the correct category to populate in the search bar.

    Thanks Kor for getting back to me so quickly and providing the alternatives.

    I did some further testing and it seems that the order of the CPT is directly related to the ability to create the URL.

    I was able to make this work with my highest priority CPT but not with the other CPTs. I think I may have to consider a different method to advertise.
