Advice on custom fields and search query

I’ve had a website built to do venue searches. One of the custom fields you can search for is people capacity and that works well for the overall venue. My main search is venue type, number of people & location.

The complex part is that we now want to be able to search by room layout type, examples….Boardroom, theatre style, dining, cabaret however each of these room layouts will have a different capacity so we can no longer just use one people capacity field.

I’m after suggestions on how to implement this please.
