Advice on how best to set up filter

Hi folks

Could I ask some advice please? I’m setting up an accommodation directory with the categories set as self-catering, b&b, hotel, campsites. I would like to include a pet friendly option, which would appear in the advanced search but I also need to create a menu item directly to all the pet friendly properties.

I don’t think I want to set it as a category as I don’t want it to display as an additional marker on the map. And I want people to be able to filter for self-catering and pet friendly.

At the moment I’ve got a custom field so I can select the property as pet friendly, which allows it to appear in the search. But how would I then create a link to all the pet friendly items for the menu?

Can you advise me how best to set this up please?
