    Hi,

I’d like to invite relations to make up their own page. Currently the prodedure is as follows:

    1. The REGISTER on the front end http://www.enroute-magazine.nl/?geodir_signup=true&redirect_add_listing=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.enroute-magazine.nl%2Fvermeld-uw-restaurant%2F )

2 a. They are directed to the back (end which is not very useful I think), but let me know if it is for some reason?

    and

2 b They get the login info + password by mail.

    3. They should again go to URL: http://www.enroute-magazine.nl/?geodir_signup=true&redirect_add_listing=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.enroute-magazine.nl%2Fvermeld-uw-restaurant%2F but now use CHECK IN

    4. After CHECK IN they can fill in their listing , etc.

How can I skip 2.a. in some way and have them directed immedialtely after registering to punt 4 (with of course an email send (2 b.)

Like to hear to make it less complex for them..

    best
    Michiel

    Hi,

    the normal flow is:

    1) Click the add listing page sends you the signup page

    2) User register and he’s immediately logged in and redirected to the add listing page

    3) User add lsiting.

If your users are redirected to the back-end, there must be a plugin or a custom function doing that.

We’d need your admin credentials to tell you more.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Hi, Credentials? Do you mean access to my backend as administrator ? Is your service going that far? And is that the usual procedure with many customers of you (or an additional service level?

Look forward to hear from you

    best

    Hi,

yes, if a customer has a strange problem, being wordpress open source and having pleny of possible plugin conflicts, the only way to check is to access the dashboard of the website and check for ourself.

You can set reply as private so that only staff can read it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I can’t access wp-login.php, it asks for an extra authentication.

I see that you definitely have a pluign adding an extra layer to the registration, which is probably the cause of all the problem you described.

Make sure to disable every non gd plugins and test again.

Than re enable the plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    Let us know,

    Thanks
