    How do I add the blog (all posts) to the menu?
    I seem to be able to add only a specific post.

    Hi,

    that really depends the theme used. Normally you should create a page named blog and select it to be the blog page in Settings >> Reading.

    Once that done you add to the menu the link to the blog page.
