All custom fields "show in what location" value removed.

    I ran the GD tools updates.
    For all my custom fields. I had them set to appear on the “more info tab”.
    Somehow they all had that setting reset to nothing.
    Not sure if related to GD tool update I did, but seems related.

    Hi bob,

    I just looked into your site. I run GD Tools after saving for some two fields, and it works fine for me, means it does not lose locations selected. If problem still exists, then please provide details how to re-create problem.

    For second question i created one test listing “GD Test” and for that listing fields are selected & displayed correctly.
    So wee ne FTP & Database credentials to look into more.

    Hi Bob,

    Please check now, problem has been fixed. Actually white space in comma separated values causes problem.

    Ex there is a white space after “,” : Accepts Clients on Opioid Medication, Substance Abuse Treatment Services
    Recommended value: Accepts Clients on Opioid Medication,Substance Abuse Treatment Services
    You can proceed to import your listings.

    So I should be able to import the listings with the white space?

    I am sure users would like to do both ways.

    It will be very difficult to remove that from everything.

    Hi,

    1) Yes, you can import listings with the white space, there is no problem using white space.
    But we recommends do not use white space. Like use “,” instead of “, “.
    You don’t have to worry about already saved posts with white spaces in value.

    2) You have max file size upload is “2mb” (see GeoDirectory -> General -> Max upload file size) and you are size of uploaded file is more than 3mb.
    Generally it shows error when uploaded file size exceeds the size of max allowed.

    Please try again after increasing upload size under GeoDirectory -> General -> Max upload file size
