All Locations 404 Errors

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Site was working fine until we updated all of our plugins recently. This is the site: http://www.lasallebusiness.org/

    All of the locations are coming up as 404 errors even with GeoDirectory being the only plugin activated. Tried resetting permalinks and running GD Tools to check pages.

    Also, GeoDirectory is now causing conflicts with the following plugins on our site:
    Contact Form 7
    PayPal Form
    PayPal WP Button Manager

    Trying to activate these plugins with GeoDirectory is activated results in a ‘500 Internal Server Error’. However, you can activate all plugins together and they work fine as long as GeoDirectory is deactivated. It was working fine with these plugins a few months ago.

    Please make sure all gd plugin and addons are uptodate and the if the issue persists, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Is everything updated? Add-ons as well?

    When I try to login with credentials provided, I get:

    ERROR: User has not been activated.

    Hi,

    for some reason the post status of all the places was -1, instead of published. I changed that and it works.

    I’ve never seen something like that, so I can’t tell where the problem could be coming from.

    If you see this coming up again, please let us know and we will investigate more.

    Do you have any idea why there would be a conflict with Contact Form 7? These used to work fine together. Now, whenever both plugins are enabled, I can’t make changes to any widgets or I get a 500 internal server error.

    Hi Stephanie,

    A 500 internal server error is usually related to an issue with the server resources or configuration. Could you first try contacting your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP values listed below and see if it improves the situation?

    memory_limit – 512M
    max_execution_time – 3600
