An error occurred while creating a new user! (Facebook social connect)

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi!

    In the latest weeks I realised that I was having no reviews and no new users.

    Luckily today, through my website´s Facebook, someone told me that he was unable to register as a new user and shared with me the screenshot. It seems that registered users can login via Facebook, but not the new users.

    This is huge issue for us, can you check what is wrong? It seems that people are trying to register via Facebook without success.
