Here’s an unusual one. Just noticed one of my listings that includes an apostrophe in the address is not displaying correctly.

    http://www.norfolkplaces.co.uk/place/greater-norwich/norwich/maddermarket-theatre/

“St. John’s Alley” displays as “St. John’s Alley”.

The problem does not necessarily seem to affect other listing. Example:-
    http://www.norfolkplaces.co.uk/place/west-norfolk/kings-lynn/kings-lynn-art-centre/
    King’s Lynn is displayed fine.

This problem has occurred several times before (and fixed on all previous occasions.) I can’t see any obvious reason why this listing’s address apostrophe is behaving different to others.

I would apppreciate if someone can take a look.

the only reason I can think of is that the apostrophe of the 1st place was imported or copied carrying over a wrong format. Maybe a curly quote instead of a normal single quote.

Can you please provide admin credentials in a private reply so that we can check?

    Very strange.
Try editing the example listing with the problem apostrophe in the address in the sidebar, from the frontend. No need to change anything, just choose to edit, then “review” and you will see the correct address in the sidebar in the preview page.
As soon you update the listing, the gets put in.

I tried exactly the same address in a test site, and I get the same error.

I will leave this with Paolo.

This has been resolved and will be in the next release.

    Thanks,

p.s. your site should have the fix applied already. Please check and let us know.

    Thanks
