Archive item category no longer showing

    Hi there, we have a CPT whereby the category icon shown was using the map icon on the archive item page. However, for some reason it is no longer showing. I suspect that it has changed since an update but i could be wrong.

    I have attached screen grab on the archive page illustrating where the icon was shown, along with the shortcode.

    Appreciate your help.

    Thanks for your post. Could you please share your Website URL here in question so that I could inspect it? Also, if possible share your Website WP admin access here in private reply just in case we need to troubleshoot the issue in the backend.

    You can try using GD Categories there, in the archive item:

    Hi Alex, nice to hear from you and hope all is well. 
    

    Tried the alternative shortcode but it brought in all the standard categories.
    

    We have the following shortcode in there just now. 
    

    [gd_categories_single title_tag=”h4″ post_type=”gd_company” gd_single_cat=”default_category” max_count_child=”1″]
